Operation Precautions Standard
1. Be sure to choose the right specifications which is perfectly match the cutting machine, and choose the corresponding saw blade according to the thickness and hardness of the material.
2. Before cutting, please check whether the installation direction of the saw blade is correct and clamped. Reverse installation will seriously reduce the sharpness of the saw blade.
3. The operator must use protective masks, goggles and other labor protection to avoid danger.
4. If you need to grind or cut arcs, please choose special products.
5. When dry cutting, do not continuously cut for a long time,the cutting machine should be cooled intermittently by adding water to prevent leakage.
6.After the saw blade is installed, it should be idling for a few minutes to confirm there is no sway or jump, and then use it.
